It learns Bide (not in S&S), Counter, Mirror Coat (only in S&S), Toxic, and a plethora of support moves that help it stall out opponents in conjunction with its hidden Unaware ability. Pyu is a capable Baton Passer too, especially last Gen where it could boost all of its stats once with the Z-variant of its signature move. It can also cause surprise chunk damage with its normal ability, Innards Out, once a Pokemon knocks it out.
It's just a little squishy that doesn't want to fight.
