I actually don't have a leading candidate for poison as things currently stand. Poison is a BITCH to figure out, and the lack of good designs very much reflects that. I'd argue it's even harder to design a good Eeveelution for than than rock and bug.
The closest I have is this one, which obviously has too much crossover with grass to work as an Eevee forme that's meant to bring across the pure essence of the poison typing. But hey, at least it's cuddly enough (unlike a lot of poison type designs out there), so it works as a placeholder at least.
