This is a surprising entry to be ranked this high up, due to how late in the year I really started paying attention to her, but nevertheless, Carmine is a significant jump up from the previous Pokégirls in terms of the raw stats. This is the first Pokégirl in the rankings who is less about appearance and more about the character itself, which I also find quite surprising.
She clearly did something for me, and I reckon it's the way she acts towards the player during the events of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero for Scarlet and Violet. She initially acts dismissive of the player, but slowly warms up to them and even trusts them over her own brother. This definitely makes you feel special, especially towards the end of the story.
Aside from her personality, she is very pretty, and she knows it too, but not in the traditional sense. She doesn't wear skimpy clothing that shows her body, but her eyes, face, hair and maneurisms prove that she doesn't need to show her body to be viewed as attractive. I noticed that a lot of anons also shared the same feelings as me when The Teal Mask first released, so I know it's not just me. Carmine isn't your traditional Pokégirl eye candy, but she shows that there is more than just pure looks when it comes down to how attractive you find them.
Carmine just missed out on the top three, but I think it's impressive that she made it this high up considering everything we've discussed.
