By the way, if you use Firefox there is an extension called "Twitter Image Downloader" that lets you right click and save twitter media images with 0 effort. You can customize how you want the file name to be in the options.

Is my setting. Its very convenient for when you want to keep the artist's name intact so you don't have to hunt endlessly for it. Twitter images can be so damn annoying to reverse image search, especially if its from someone obscure and hasn't been uploaded to any booru/Pixiv.
