The grading is literally paying for the number at the top. There is no clear difference between an 8 and 10 but an 8 is a fraction of the price. Cards fresh out of packs get 8s, so if its 8 its fucking mint, period.
They don't keep or look any better in these sealed cases as they do in a simple sleeves neither do they work as pure investments.
Basically, you want the artwork or the card? Buy any NM.
You want an investment for cash? Buy some sealed.
You want to invest in singles specfically? Just buy tons of singles with the extra money you would've had paying for the number ten.
