So he will get unironically impossible matches to win until he loses enough matches that the algo starts to give him non retarded teammates and start giving him opponents he can beat.
The reason you are having an easy time climbing isn't because you are suddenly an expert player. It's because your mmr is LOW so the Algorithm gives you better teammates and places you against teams that easier to beat.
