Alright guys I'm trying this again during the day: I have not bought a pokémon card since I was a kid and Rocket set was new, but nostalgia is hitting me hard and I want to buy some new pokémon cards.
I don't even know what is out there right now, starter decks are still a thing, right? Are any of them worth buying to get back into the game? Should I get some boosters to supplement a starter deck?
My goal here is to get enough cards so that me and a friend can play each other without a huge power gap between our decks so we can still have fun. How should I go about doing this?
