The point of the water type is water elementals, it's a lot more literal than "Dark". So shit like Palkia and Urshifu are weird justifications. But I guess I could kind of get Palkia being water since it's like, an elemental dragon, related to pearls which are from the sea, has fins and shit. The whole "SPACE IS LIKE WATER" thing might not even be necessary to justify Palkia's type. But Urshifu is literally just another form of a pokemon that isn't an elemental at all and barely looks any different. So it's weird.
