>>23408523Gengar tries to turn the town you're in against you for being a human (Red Rescue Team). Some real humans show up and capture everyone, but you all escape, find some Legendaries, meet a Tailow that ends up being another of your friends, six party members. When you get back the town wants to kill you. You get saved by a combination of a girl named Aerith (really) and a Sandslash who ends up being your final friend and is A FUCKING MARY SUE named after the author who's played up as super powerful and wise and all that shit. He doesn't join you.
Tailow and Dratini barely ever talk after they're recruited which is why I'm ignoring them.
You end up going to a new location for training because of some thread happening with a shadow turning Pokémon evil; none of it matters because it's all filler that takes up a couple hours and does nothing for the plot other than meeting about five Fakemon Legendaries. At the end of that 'arc' you go to Shadow Valley to possibly kill that shadow; after fighting even more Fakemon (this time they're possessed), we meet Giratina, who's behind all this.
We fight him and seem to defeat him except a cutscene ten seconds later shows we didn't. That self-insert Sandslash mentioned earlier finds him, and even though our whole party could barely defeat him, Sandslash fights him to a standstill on his own because he's so powerful and wonderful, then gets possessed in the end. We're summoned by about the tenth Fakemon Legendary in the hack to stop them; at this point, notably, you can finally change out your party and catch other Pokémon, though other than a couple Legendaries there's not much point since you'd have to grind up anything you can catch.
