They are voiced by the same few VAs every single Norwegian dub of any every single animated show had back in the days. And I mean every single show. I suppose the market for Norwegian dub voice actors weren't the biggest, so these few voices more or less did every dub on TV.
I find it nostalgic but at the same time hearing Ash speak my language feels pretty weird. It sounds so over-the-top I can't help but laugh at times(and Ash is clearly voiced by someone 20+ years of age). When Latias reveals herself and Lorenzo comments "Hun må virkelig like denne unge mannen, gitt!"("She must really like this young man, geez"), it is delivered in a pretty hilarious way void of any emotion, but at the same time sounding like an old Norwegian sailor stereotype.
I really don't know how I would rate this, but I love that the dub exists regardless. This came out in DVD form with the box art being localized for Norwegian as well. Overall I don't think the quality is bad, I just don't have any reference to compare it to. Wholesome/10!
