I can generate seeds based on what IVs I want and hit them no problem, I've got frame advancement mostly down, but when I go to see what frames I need to hit I can't find the IV spreads I want
Example: rng reporter's time finder says 770D025D should get me a 30/0/31/31/30/31 spread at some point, but no spreads that even come close to that come up when I run it through the rest of rng reporter
Googling the issue leads me to both smogon (with an assload of dead links) and reddit (which sends me right the fuck back to smogon). What Am I missing here?
