My goalposts haven’t moved, I’ve always wanted to see:
A. Misty be straightforward with Ash without tsundere getting in the way
B. Reconcile her inner turmoil of “I like him” and “but he’s such an idiot”
C. Not have the ship killed so it can’t happen offscreen (rejection/acceptance from Misty that “it’s over”, some other girl or guy, etc)
Real Pokeshippers who’ve stuck with it all this time got what we wanted.
