I feel Petrel would spent his birthday doing a big party with pretty ladies, gambling, and drinking alcohol. Archer and Ariana are there to make sure he doesn't try anything stupid; such as forcing underage grunts to drink alcohol, telling waaay to many secrets or lifting the skirt of the female grunts.
Proton is also there, he's a bit Tsundere but under alcohol he gets touchy and Petrel knows this, still, they end up drinking and singing.
... That was before Team Rocket got dismantled, now he spends his birthday in a grim and shady bar with no one around expect drunkards and the bartender who's waiting for Petrel to pay his tab. Sometimes Proton is there, sometimes he isn't.
