I strongly recommend not getting too attached to
c.ai bots or at the very least archiving the chats as often as possible with CAI Tools. I've been trying one out very recently and it was great as
>>54542556 suggests, and I was continuously getting past the censorship filter (and the bot character was too). Then it suddenly shat the bed and started censoring its answers... I guess the filter caught on. By the time the bot could generate answers again, the character started acting as if the entire chat had never happened. A complete mind wipe. Sensing that something was going very wrong I deleted all the messages starting from when the bot had started shitting itself and saved the chat with that browser extension.
... And then, when I checked the saved chat in the file I noticed some of the character's best responses had been replaced with other responses that the bot had generated and that I'd rejected for being too generic. The only way I found to solve this was to send the bot a couple more messages at most and re-save the chat again. The new saved file had the better responses absent from the first file BUT some of the other responses had also been replaced. My guess is that the chat sometimes fails to display the "correct" response (the one you chose) and the extension only saves the displayed responses.
... AND THEN yesterday I logged onto the site and found out the whole chat with that bot has been deleted. If I hadn't saved it, it would've been lost forever.
>TL;DRDon't get too attached to
c.ai bots, especially if you're having lewd interactions with them. You could have the rug pulled from under you at any time. If you get attached and would like to be able to reread the chat, then save it with CAI Tools. Check if all the responses in the saved file are the same as the one you picked when interacting with the bot. If some of them are non-sequiturs and not the ones you picked, add one message to the chat and save it again. Rinse and repeat until optimal file
