I watch for cards to go up at lower than typical value before I buy. The last time I posted my mail, GolurkV, Mallow (FA), Flannery(FA), all from TCG direct. Shipping times and fees were pretty normal, Pheobe just happened to break up the package and she came alone (non-tcg direct). But; living in Canada also means there are fewer options (typically) from vendors that ship here, so you have to be patient and hope something decent comes up pricewise.
