>>42909077It's been cold with wintry storms here, and my current favourite is basically the least well designed to withstand it. A stiff breeze might blow him over, let alone a gale. He's got nothing on him to keep him warm, so he'd be bundled up in multiple layers and probably still feel cold (a Linoone makes an acceptable scarf alternative). I think he'd probably hate it, and just stay indoor as much as he could get away with.
