Nincada, a Bug/Ground type cicada Pokemon, like Surkshit also loses a type for another upon evolution at level 20 (it also loses its 90 base defense stat!) into Ninjask, a Flying/Bug type. Along with Speed Boost this critter outspeeds just about everything, though you'll probably want to run something like Swords Dance (level 25)/Aerial Ace (TM)/Dig (TM) to deal out significant damage with decent coverage.
Having a spare PokéBall in your bag and a space in your party gives rise to Shedinja as well upon Nincada's evolution, a Pokémon that can only be hit by super effective or status moves, however it only has a single hit point! This Pokémon can hit hard with STAB physical attacks like Shadow Ball (level 38) and Silver Wind (need to breed for it), and it also gets access to Swords Dance if you wait to evolve your Shedinja at level 25!! This Pokémon could serve as a great and strong addition to your team, but just watch out for Glacia's hail.
