Well, I had some teachersback in middle school who were a lot like Roxanne in that they were young, not particularly attractive, and had no friends. This is going by how they were.
Roxanne is highly introverted, for sure. She's a strict but loving teacher. She honestly values a good education above all else. She sees her students as stupid useless people and it's her job to make them stop being useless and stupid. Probably drinks too much coffee and might be addicted to cold medicine, probably smokes when no ones else is around or quit smoking recently. She loved her time in school when she was a kid and that's what helped gravitate her toward becoming a teacher. Probably loves her mom and dad more than anything and would rather watch TV with her dad than go looking for dates.
