Nimrods of your type are always insisting to assume the best of people but the second someone says something you deem off-color you instantly infantilize them so that you can justify ignoring their point of view completely.
Go work in security, or retail at a store in the not so nice part of town. For every one well spoken elderly black male you'll have three or four who talk like that. It's not even something I have a problem with either, dialect and personality are not absolutely linked. I've had plenty of good encounters with black men who speak like that, and just as many frustrating encounters with black men who spoke well.
