Ignores the opposing pokemon's item's effects. So sort of like Oblivious, but for held items that give an immediate boost or give an immediate effect upon damaging the opposing pokemon ala Eject Button or Red Card. Doesn't work if the held item is a Mega Stone or Z-Move.
