Pikachu is the best character because it has a mix of long and close range attacks that do a good bit of damage. Pikachu is also fast as hell and the only other Pokemon that counters its speed is Weavile and somewhat Suicune. The worst character is either Gardevoir or Lucario unless you collect the little spirit orbs to make Lucario go Mega where he runs faster which allows him to use Bone Rush more which is his strongest move imo. Aura Sphere is ass.
