>>43232812Gen 5 era gives me mixed emotions because I think B1W1 are the best "modern" pokemon games but gen 5 had the absolute worst spinoffs, and the spinoffs have all sucked since. Whereas gen 3 and 4 weren't my absolute favorite games but DAMN the spinoffs were great. The Orre games, the GOOD mystery dungeon games, the ranger games; hell, I even liked Pokemon Channel. Gens 1 and 2 had great spinoffs too, like the Stadiums and Snap, and benefited from pokemania. Now we're stuck with spinoffs like Masters and GO.
