I want Cinccino to be good, but it's hard using it in Doubles due to the reasons above. I was thinking of having a Baton Passer like Drifblim and pass a minimize and stockpile to it. How's that sound?

I don't know their reasoning for Skill Link Aipom/Ambipom. Think of the possibility they could have had if they were given more multi-hit moves. Then again I like Cinccino to be one out of the two to get all of the multi-hit moves if there was a choice.

Having said that if I want a Pokemon with Technician I will look to Aipom for that. Just kidding, I would have a Technician Minccino before I'm ever caught using Aipom
