I just want to know why people don't like it. Any electric pokemon basically renders its main method of killing useless and it isn't bulky enough to stay in on steel pokemon.

I actually got one in a trade once. I don't remember what I was offering, but I asked for an Electivire. It had 6 perfect IVs, Motor Drive, and was perfectly EV trained.

And yet apparently it was worth whatever trashmon I had up for trade. I'll be sure to use mine in battle a lot and earn it some respect.

It isn't RU anymore, and I don't want to play RU or OU.

I want Cinccino to be good, but it's hard using it in Doubles due to the reasons above. I was thinking of having a Baton Passer like Drifblim and pass a minimize and stockpile to it. How's that sound?

He used to be pretty good paired with Gyarados.

Then people started EQing when they have a pokemon with an obvious electric attack out against a Gyarados instead, though this was early on in Gen IV's metagame so a lot has probably changed.
