Oh this is going to be a good thread to read up through. Been itching for some comics, especially as I've been reading up on some fanfics and prepping to go back to finish one of my WIPs.
I've learned I have a preference for PMD stories that don't involve humans at all. It's a fine trope to use, but seeing the idea evolve and just follow a Pokemon society of sorts with teams of Pokemon helping others out is just as engaging.

But it's silly to complain about stories using characters who are the chosen ones essentially, because that's just how stories often go.
