You know they would be unable to increase the number of Pokemon non stop because it costs money to animate and make these Pokemon sprites (or whatever the 3D name for that in 3D is).
So the solution I was seeing is :
1) they stop inventing new Pokemon.
2) They will have a cut down roster in the new games.
You draw 3 Pokemon on A4 paper and then do the same with 6 Pokemon and keep on increasing and see how long it takes you to draw the over 700+ Pokemon time is money and it costs to make these sprites.
Not defending the game only saying facts.
