In Tate and Liza's case, what do we actually know about them? They're twins, they have psychic powers, and they're kids. There's really not much to go off of. In fan art of Hex maniac it makes sense for her to be flustered and a little overwhelmed. In Sabrina art it makes sense for her to be cold, and refined, or a bit more relaxed if based on how she acts after meeting haunter and in more recent games. How would you draw Tate and Liza? They don't have any traits like that.
