Did people purify small parts of their body until it was all clean? Does Alola have so little pollution that they slowly evolved into water-skeles due to insufficient garbage? Sure, they've discussed the bad implications of psychic power before (Gothitelle seeing it's trainer's life span and crying, Alakazam remembering EVERYTHING, etc.) but I think something that grotesque/weird might be a little unfitting. These ideas honestly seem kind of darker fan-game/yokai watchish, and possibly fake.
