>>53443735Speed Up abilities like Chlorophyll and Swift Swim don't up your movement speed, they make any Move you use come out twice.
Drifblim gets this 100% of the time due to Unburden, which allows for double the offensive presence in nearly any circumstance, barring when it catches a thrown item. Think Mega Kangaskhan, only for every move and with no damage reduction whatsoever.
Drifblim also gets Ominous Wind, which has a chance of boosting Atk/Def/Sp Atk/Sp Def/Speed per target hit. The chance for a buff is unusually high, and if it gets the buff, it is applies immediately, before the next mon in the room is hit by the attack afterwards. Pic related is what happens if you use it a single time in a Monster House.
It also applies to moves like Minimize and Stockpile. Just a few clicks of the move and you're all but invincible for the rest of the floor, and you can go about a dozen floors before needing to refill PP for it.
Then you add in max IQ to the mix, and its 2x A attack turns into a 4x combo. You don't even need to expend PP to kill single foes in most cases. Max IQ also has trap immunity, showing you the map, pointing you to the stairs, all that good stuff. Drifblim is as stacked as a pokemon can be.
