Thunder Wave (paralysis) adds to the status moves you can inflict on hostiles to disable them without hurting them.
Skill Swap is very situational, but it might weaken an opponent in a critical moment.
The same deal with Electric Terrain and Gravity, very situational, but might come in handy in niche circumstances.
Between Heal Pulse, Heal Bell, Seismic Toss, and Soft-Boiled, you have the ability to for Chansey to heal others of their wounds and status conditions, an attacking move that for a controlled hit/grab on an opponent. (Fling would also be interesting.) And of course, the ability for Chansey to heal itself.
