I have pokemon in Bank as far back as Gen III. A friend of mine in elementary school traded me a torchic with rockslide as an egg move. This was before we even knew about sites like serebii so it was a complete fluke so he was really proud that he discovered it, so he bred one for me too. Two years later he died from carbon monoxide poisoning in his home. The rest of his family was fine, but for some reason the door to his room was closed and the leak was contained in his room where he slept.
I'd basically be done with the franchise as a whole if I lost that torchic and anything from that long ago.
