Arctozolt is under a permanent cold and in lethargy state, but since it can be fed and receive palliative treatment, it could live without too much struggle.
Dracovish could survive in a water tank, and while it would have a lot of trouble moving around, it wouldn't be a real problem as it can be fed.
Arctovish would be the one suffering the most as its head is upside down which would cause horrible balancing and orientation problems regardless of it being on land or water, and no matter where, it would be under a excruciating struggle just to breathe.
Now I wonder which one of the reversed forms would be the one suffering the most...
