>>24981587All you are doing is projecting your childhood and teen 'love' interest onto a character that was designed for you to relate to at that age. There is far more evidence to support an Ash and Serena relationship or even an Ash and Misty relationship - and I don't think either of those will happen. Maybe something will happen with Serena towards the end of the X and Y arc, but it will probably be some kind of vague 'until we meet again' thing since the writers are afraid to tie Ash down to any single person.
