>>50278840I'll give you some deserved credit because you know your shit. sure eevee are hard to find, rare even, but they are in almost every region and realistically they would be over-bred to match popular demand. also, the Game Corner has a near endless supply of them as long as you have the coin to buy them. so essentially they are expensive pure breeds and that is very much obtainable.
