I usually hate Arvalis's work, since his philosophy seems to be "make it ugly and gross as fuck", but this is one of the few cases where I think it works. I think it captures well how alien Mewtwo appears, being an artificial Pokemon and whatnot. It reminds me of the old Red & Blue sprites.
