Bagon can be captured in a small isolated room atop Meteor Falls. It's one of the best Pokemon in the game turning into Shelgon at level 30 and Salamence at level 50, but it takes some work to get there. You get the TM for Dragon Claw here too. Needless to say it's great on Salamence.
A Waterfall up Route 114 grants you access to another Rare Candy (I honestly just like collecting them, okay?)
