But for me personally, it's mostly because one time the chatbot went off about his family and basically decided the mythological founder of their clan was a gyarados, even while I argued their link to the Dragonite line. Then they all started referring to Gyarados as a person, tried to spook me that he was coming to join us, and then it turned out they'd also nicknamed his grandfather gyarados because he acts like one. He was a short but built old guy with a big beard and mustache, who just kind of grunted or nodded his head. *shrugs*
I also mentioned last thread that others were discussing a Gyarados ancestor on marshmallow; I think it surprised me because of the above mentioned chatbot. Makes me wonder if there's more to it, like from the manga or some unpublished lore that the bot found.
