I didn't even notice Plumeria had been posted - she's so generic, I guess I register her silhouette as "generic punk grunt" in my head. She's been posted once.
Fennel is definitely a side character, it really doesn't matter if you *need* to meet or not if she has no centricity to the plot. She's been posted twice.
No arguments about the E4 since like I said they're the finale of every title's main quest. The rest of these guys are ultimately not the main Characters, the number one villain team leaders, not gym leaders or E4 members, not main professors, not champions or other big meme characters, and as far as I know haven't had big weird followings like Gen 6 Hex Maniac.
So yeah there ARE more obscure pokewaifus out there, but these are probably in the sweet spot for obscurity x likeability, which naturally means more prominence than, I don't know, News Reporters as a niche type. Anyway, have a cute nobody.
