It's an 87.5% male starter that they designed to look like a female only. I cannot ever imagine a male Primarina in the way that while I dislike Delphox I can still imagine there being males of its species. Primarina is an AWFUL design, and I like a lot of Gen 7 designs. It loses everything Popplio had going for it, it loses the gender ambiguity that every other starter in the series has, and its colours are fucking horrible to look at. What an absolute disappointment of a mon, I've played through Moon twice and Ultra Sun three times and have only ever used Litten and Rowlet. Fuck Primarina for ruining a good starter line, and fuck Brionne for being the middle-stage that begins the decline into absolute disgusting territory.
