For example, it is obvious that Ralts is not on its knees, so that means that it has hanging skin that works like a romper.
In my case I stick with the theory that almost all pokemon don't wear clothes, it's just parts of their body that resemble clothes and in-universe it's humans who created clothes based on pokemon.
