I can totally see Ash's Delia moving to Alola & become Mallow's surrogate mother & mentor that teaches her better cooking. Mr Mime become the waiter & backup cook for Mallow's cafe. Plus if Ash marries Mallow than his children will be part Kantonian & Alolan.
Mallow has pretty much everything if Pokeani wants to pair Ash with somebody for a sequel or epilogue. She is also few girls with the potential to become as pretty as Skyla with a minor change.
Their personality & dynamic on Incineroar's concept art seem way better than their actual dynamic on anime.
