Lopunny for example, if she was designed like this then she would be genuinely sexy. But they didn’t do that since they like for Pokemon to look like cartoon characters, so she isn’t actually sexy.
The only two Pokemon I can think of who might break that rule are Salazzle and Gardevoir, and even they’re a little weird looking.
