>>54295375Smeargle isn't really about direct attacks (although it can be done with the right setup), it's dangerous because it can pull off combinations of statuses, boosts, debuffs, and secondary effects that weren't really designed to all be on one pokemon. It's stats are so low because if it was even just average it'd be hilariously overpowered.
But yeah, Smeargle's great.
