I had to do a bunch of shenanigans of finding out the nnid, linking it, relinking it, etc, and finally transferred them to home a couple days ago.
You could try simply doing the no 3ds option and linking your 2ds nnid to your nintendo account for switch and that should give home in switch a way to access bank.
Unless they were ALL on alpha sapphire, in which case, sorry anon, that's precisely why I had most of my stuff in bank.
