Make two modes for it.
The first mode lets you choose Pokemon to divvy up the experience between. You can select 1-6 of your Pokemon. It'll give experience to these Pokemon even if they don't participate in the battle. The experience here is "evenly" distributed. "Evenly" because experience scaling affects each Pokemon individually. Example: If you were to knock out a level 10 Pokemon with your level 50 Pokemon, the lead Pokemon may only get 5 experience points, but the level 3 Pokemon in the back will have its own 5 experience points scaled up to half of the total experience points if it had beat the level 10 Pokemon itself. Less if there were more recipients involved. That's a mouthful, but I hope it makes sense.
The second mode is unlocked after you beat the Pokemon League. This mode is as it is now: 100% for the participating Pokemon, 50% for all those who don't. It's good for post-game grinding, so we don't want to remove it.
