I don't think pairs released with megas can have a max form implementation on them. Maybe the LGPE new Kanto trio could come with the Max Kanto starters too, very skeptical since Let's GO trainer move Leaf is already in with Eevee but Green however has a higher chance than Elaine, Chase and Trace, she's much more canon than those.
