They have finally decided she was part of the real Kanto trio, the cards were not Chase, Elaine and Trace, she came with both Red and Blue. In fact there is nothing more natural than Red, Blue, Green as a trio, RGBY's Yellow was basically Elaine/Chase, they should have made Elain a default blonde.
