>>53841863Independent and simultaneous so each one is its own smaller adventure but part of a larger plot.
Each MacGuffin has the potential for its own individual calamity if acquired by bad guys with no immediate upsides for good guys other than the bad guys not having it and doing the bad thing. There's also a soft time limit on everything compelling the villains to act before a certain universal phenomenon ends which will foil their plans if they fail before then.
The endgame scenario is probably going to be a mix of "The bad guys did well enough they could viably work out their plan anyway but we have an ace up our sleeve/we still have one last hope."
IF they win it all, it's over. Arceus is probably going to die and the world will never be the same kind of over.
And yeah I'm not asking anyone to step up. I'm working it out, but it'll probably take me a bit longer than I wanted to and I probably need to just reserve the nuances for when I cross that bridge rather than trying to connect every dot now.
