Mew has 0 cost retreat, that what makes it so good paired with it.
The cooldown should still apply unless i'm completely wrong here, i don't really use Mew much.
If you have problems with a deck you should honestly try playing it yourself for a bit, at least against the shitty AI in the deck builder if you don't wanna craft it.
