>>37943565The problem is that Ash is still the ain't character of the show when he should've been replaced as the protagonist a long long time ago. He & Misty could've left together & then we'd get Brandon/May, Lucas/Dawn, Hilbert/Hilda/Iris, & Calem/Serena.
Ash's continued presence has had the effect of us looking back at his past companions in a different light.
